Looking good, I'm also surprised how much difference this makes!

I'm fairly certain Gwyn Lewis sells the wide angle a-frame joint already pressed into the bracket to save you struggling if you don't have a decent hydraulic press yourself...

I found a 12ton press (a small one basibally) to be ok but had to hammer on the housing to shock it to get it to move the ball out

Using a 50ton or similar is a sheer delight though tbh

You'll need heat then!

Anyway, if you've got a spare it's not too bad but even so these are ridiculously seized sometimes

Remove the retaining bolts and slice the ears off the ball joint plate

Rest the bracket on some sturdy wood or I beam on the portion where you removed the ears

Then proceed to beat that bad boy with a sledge

Air chisel may help to destroy the joint so you can remove it in pieces but meh

Akso a brave mate to steady everything up would be helpful :)

Yeh arrived in britpart box lol. Got it all pressed in,
Now bloody struggling lining the diff with it lol..

Hmmm... Interesting, I feel a bit let down.. I hope that X-Eng have done some kind of quality testing before branding it under their name!

On the eBay page it isn't listed as the x eng wide angle ball but just adjustable a frame joint. It does say it has more articulation angle the same as it says on the webpage. I'm not sure if there's any difference between the two to be honest?
