I just sold my last one, but am currently working on 6 more !.

Unlike your car, my 2002 D2 didnt have the transfer box with the cdl internals in. I was lucky enough to find a box AND levers from a breaker in Stockport.

I didnt think it would be that difficult to make the lever, so had a go. The results are very good.

The only arse of it is, that the cable, ( which is still available from LR ), costs £123+vat. I,m trying to find a company to make me tha cable so I can sell them at a resonable price.

If I can get the cables made at a better price then the whole assembly will be around £160/170. The only other place to get a cable linkage from is Ashcrofts at £245+vat !!. ( and that isnt sealed to the car either ! ).

They are about though.

Hi 50 pence, did you ever manage to get a linkage made up, as I cannot seem to find one anywhere? The ebay link has ended and as somebody has mentioned Ashcroft want £245!

I have done a " Mk 2 " version which has been selling well. ( sold out actually )

Just browsing the forum as a newbie before I buy a Disco (1 or 2)
Read many tims about "3 amigos"
Guess they are warning lights?
Need to make sure in case the "3 amigos" come on when i'm checking out my "new" disco and don't realise it
