I did have a boss who's wife wouldn't even put petrol in the car. They lived in the sticks, I secretly prayed she'd run out of juice one day! (They weren't nice people!)

Sounds like my wife, she's been driving 15 years and she hasn't either. I once had to drive 25 miles to get the bottle of oil out of HER boot to put in HER engine cos the oil light came on.

Coulda bin worser!
She coulda driven home to show you the light! Mind you perhaps it was still a good thing, I knew a girl who saw her engine was getting a bit hot, so she stopped, opened the bonnet and poured cold water through the oil filler hole.
Wifey did have a bit of a habit of putting petrol in a diesel car, did it at least twice. At least she never started the car. This was back in the day when diesel small cars were a new thing.

Did that the first time, or was that the engine management light

If it’s helps, lock it into access height , roof height will then be 72 inches

sorry can’t find the height of the bonnet when opening

plus as u can only measure in length it will only be too long at one end, lol

always welcome mate , know u can lock it in access mode but would be also tempted to pull fuse F26 , that will stop the suspension trying to move , for that just in case

Never trust a computer! They'll turn round and bite you in the bum when you least expect it! More sensitive than wifey with a hangover!

Maybe I should try that, alarm started going off last night for no apparent reason then this afternoon I noticed she had dropped to access height

same fuse in the D3/4 for disabling the suspension, looks like u have a leak

if u put ur suspension into off road height , measure each wheel from the centre of the wheel to the bottom of the wheelarch then pull the fuse , leave overnight and then see if it drops, if it does should show u which corner , front back , etc

ref alarm, link out ur bonnet switch and see if it still goes off

hope that helps
