going to do a basic service in next week or so, oil and filter im ok with, air filter im guessing is pretty easy

Is the fuel filter easy to do, and anything i should remember to do/watch out for?

and i looked up pollen filters on ECP (eurocarparts), they list 2, different sizes one is pollen filter, the other is carbon filter, does my RR need both, seeing as they're different sizes?

hi mate,

carbon pollen filters are the better quaility filters, not sure about the different sizes as there is only one pollen filter in the car, just did a quick search on google and came up with this, may help you Famous Four - New Parts for Range Rover L322 (Third Generation) up to 2009 MY - General Service Parts its at the bottom of the page.

What about the fuel filter? (Im guessing theres only 1 to change) is it straight forward remove/replace or do i need to bleed it or anything?

fuel filter is nice and easy, change it then turn the ignition on and the system will prime and bleed its self. ready to start.

Take out your old one and measure it, it's really easy to remove, it's under the small flap below where the windscreen washers are, you have to open the bonnet and release a few clips by pressing them down, then slide the filter out and then you can measure the correct size.
