Hi all,

I'm replacing my head gasket tomorrow but I got a couple of questions. I understand I have to remove my rocker assembly but can I ask a real daft question why? As I can access all head bolts with it in place. I guess this is to aid adjusting the valves when reffitting?

you try fitting it and pushrods back with in in place, apart from it will lift head up twistedly as you loosen bolts, make sure you drain block by removing bung on block side before undoing head bolts

Oh that answers that then lol
So are heads that fragile that it will twist it that much with rocker assembly in place?

There are lots of bolts under the rocker cover ��
