I have replaced a few of them faulty in the past also

sorry i was under the impression you had two valve blocks and one driverI thought it unlikely that 2 different units have the same fault.
a small pin hole leak in the pipe somewhere? have you tried the soapy water test see if you are losing air anywhere ?I have today tested using the Nanocom all the valves are opening and closing on command and the pump runs on command.I have air coming out of the front 6mm outlet to the tank. Is it possible that the tank is full of condensate or something reducing its capacity ,so that although I have pressure,I have no volume or a kink in the pipe having a similar effect?
From memory (I don't have the schematic to hand) I think you have to open the inlet valve too? Not entirely certain about that, I can't remember if the inlet valve is to feed the tank or to feed the solenoids for the bags.further test reveals that compressor is filling tank, removed purple tube 6mm from front of valve block and nearly" blew the bloody doors off".however when i opened the valves one at a time, no air appeared at the outlets.

It makes the correct noise when you tell Nanocom to open it,
yes they have not been moved since it was working.
