Fair point, I don't do thinking things through and just say what I'm thinking at the time, be it good or bad.
I can see what you're saying though :) As I've heard of employers doing so.
But for me I've lost all care in the world so just say it anyway, I doubt anyone likely to give me a job is going to be reputable enough to check what I'm doing on the internet.
Up to you what you do, mate! Its your life! :)

But do remember that if things improve for you, and I hope they do, there is no way of getting back or covering up information that you gave out when you were feeling low! ;)
There is no shame in having been in prison, you have paid for your crimes, if any. But it may not be the very first thing you choose to announce to a stranger on first meeting! :)

You talk sense and I know it. But it's all too easy to fall back into old ways. Keeping busy is the only thing that stops me, as soon as I have time to think, that's it. Head goes to ****.

Well fair play to you, you've picked up on that and from what I see on here you get stuck in and do something creative, I don't know you but I follow some of your rebuilds and it seems you have won quite a few friends- admirers for the way you don't let things beat you.

I agree, never met Aaron, but I reckon he is a pretty good bloke at heart. And have every confidence that he will calm down, absorb some of the good advice he has been given, and come good one day! :)

I was born quite close to where he lives but it was in the days when you left school and picked a job that you wanted to do, nowadays willing people struggle to find something worthwhile and just seem to get exploited, no wonder people find problems, read loads of Arrons posts and seen what he has done, and it's bloody unbelievable that this has not been picked up someone who could offer him an opportunity.

Sadly, I have to agree. I think life is pretty tough for the young in many places. Relieved that my daughter and step daughters seem to be fairly able to provide for themselves. Not all are so lucky.

Never knew you'd been inside aaron, wont be buying anything else from you again... (joke)

Who gives a damn what personal circumstances are with people on this forum, end of the day we all come together on this site for one thing we do have in common which is the little green oval, even if we all knew the full story we would have our own views on the situation.

As for now I personally just want to see more pics of this truck coming back to life!

right guys , have been staying at the gfs house the last 2 days so not been online

anyways as for the landy no new updates yet as im waiting on cash from sale of other parts , then i can get the engine running, steering sorted and do my brake lines , at the very least it can then have a first test around the land where i do the work , will be doing minior jobs in the next few days like cleaning and painting items and bracketry

Did you read any of my previous discussion with Aaron about discretion?
This is a public forum, nobody asked, and it may not be in your best long term interests to post that! ;)

Not just about employment, why give away personal information needlessly?
And at least do it in AG, which is not visible to the public, and is to discuss non Landrover topics.:)

We all do it from time to time :D

I'll go back and edit my post to remove the quote, no point making edits if a quote still floats ;)

Now get back to doing that Defender, because I for one want to see this thing back up and running :)
