Not the hoop frames but I purchased a set of their raised seat belt brackets/anchor points a couple of years back so that I could remove the hardtop during the summer. Well made, and holes all in the right place to match existing ones on the tub, galvanising is good too, so hopefully their hoop frames would be to the same standard. Now you've got me thinking about a permanent change to canvas top
Ours sits under a cover but then it’s also under a car port. We have no problems with the canvas roofs.
My softop does not sit under a cover and is outside all year round. It is an undercover covers hood and it is now beginning to look like it could do with replacing. I can see some of the stitching is beginning to rot and would not be surprised it by the end of the winter I have some split seams. However do not take that a slight on the company the quality is excellent and it is 8 years old, has not been looked after or waterproofed in that time, and is still waterproof. 8 years of British weather I don't think is a bad lifespan, if it was covered it would last much longer.
Just a wee note about Exmoor. Their website gives note of delays in delivery etc, quoting a lead time of around 12 weeks. Having placed an order that included a full 109 canvas on the 8th September I then got an email confirming the 12-13 week lead time. Delivery is due today!
It is typical of the whole refurb business...things you need now....will take forever. Things that you don't need til the end...come tomorrow.
