Few teething problems to sort out and the fact it sounds like a spitfire inside cause none of the mats are in, it runs pretty good:D:D

Blimey, they know how to charge for fuel round there!

Excellent news on the MOT. Any more work to go now your all legal?

I just wanted to say that I've enjoyed this thread a lot (as a lurker). Congratulations on the car passing the MOT. I'm quite a bit jealous as I'd like to do something similar myself. Hope to see more progress and hope you enjoy the car!

Cheers guys, loads more to do

1. Sound proofing
2. Cubby box
3. Lining the back
4. Put all the towing gear back on
5. Loads of fine tuning

Don't suppose it will ever end, feeling quite pleased with myself today:D

I've followed this thread from the start, you are to be congratulated on producing a first class refurb' for sensible money. Another Landy saved from a steady decline into being broken for spares.:bounce:

Got to get a new battery, the ones I've had lying about wont take a charge and I'm having to park on a downslope just in case, need to find a new grub screw for the wiper blades as one nearly fell off today

And I've really got to do something about the noise in the cab!!

I've really enjoyed your rebuild thread - thanks for sharing. I'll be following your soundproofing with interest as that's my next job.

This has been really quite inspiring! Feel much better about the few Jobs I need to do now!

Took it up the woods for a little test run yesterday, I was wrong hd springs were a stoopid idea, now I have to change them or risk being shaken to pieces

Followed this with a fair bit of interest. Well done on the refurb, makes me feel a bit silly now for not spending a bit more on mine instead of rushing to get it driving.

Again well done though.
