I have issues with Poxy NAD's also. My crackked bore issues, which was 'sorted' with a replacement engine, has all gone wrong. I thought that the head gasket had gone, but no No.4 cylinder has a crack along the entire length of its bore. That would explain where the coolant has gone... Anyone have a NA to sell? POS? Oh BTW, i just rung Adrian Flux about putting a TDi in, (I am 19) and they wanted in the region of £1500 for a year... :-O

Well that expains the problem, other 2.5's I have seen sit like mine with the themrostat housing sitting with the output facing the passengers side front corner of the engine bay. The rad they sent me would suit your setup as it has the bend... I guess I could rotate the top of my housing and get a top hose as fitted to yours.
