Excellent workspace. Let's hope the surgery on the structure of the building goes smoothly. I like that workbench especially, and the vices.

Apparently it came out an old pattern shop at a local foundry in the 70,s

Yeah going to get some ordered along with Upol Acid #8

Do you have a compressor? I would say get Upoxy - a litre can with litre of hardner (so 2 litres really) is £20 and is the best stuff ever, the Upol stuff I never thought was that good. When I got all my LR parts back from the Galv yard I did it all in Upoxy stuff and it was brilliant. It is a 2K product but not the danger of a Isocyanate hardened 2k.

Mind you, you could brush/roller the Upoxy stuff if you have no compressor.

I'm buying a compressor in a couple weeks when the Goose lays a golden egg (Pay Day) lol Just trying to decide whats best size 50Ltr or 100Ltr thinking 100Ltr maybe to big.
Someone mentioned Upoxy to me I'll have a look into that thanks

No such thing as a compressor tank that is too big. get the biggest you can - especially for spraying. I've got a 270 Ltr tank (!)

A search on here will give you more recommendations.....

I've been looking at the SGS-Engineering ones they seem to be quite resonable http://www.sgs-engineering.com/air-compressors/semi-pro-diy I'm going to be ordering a Engine Hoist from them so going try get a deal for Compressor and Hoist bought together.

I recently bought an SGS 3 ton trolley jack .. feckin' awesome bit of kit, well over-engineered. If their compressors and other stuff are made the same then I'd thoroughly recommend them as suppliers. Very quick delivery too ... and so cheap, especially compared to Halfords, machine Mart et al!!!

Well not much progress made got rear axle rebuilt and overhauled. The biggest delay has been because of SGS Engineering I ordered a 100ltr compressor with spray gun and hose also an Engine Crane and various other bits an bobs on 25th May took a week and half before got the items despite advertising 24hr delivery. I had too phone many times then when it did arrive they sent a Engine Stand and not a Crane!!! Any all sorted now. Onwards and upwards got the chassis T-washed tonight going leave it a week or so to fully dry then start painting. Enough waffle here's some pics.
