Hi Guys,

Would anybody mind showing a newbie round some lanes today?

I've just bought a Discovery but would and need to do a soft test, i would appreciate the experience of a fellow member if anyone would like to come out. :)

thats the damage that was caused.

The wing and flair are IMPOSSIBLE to find

sorry for the late reply guys, I didn't have notify of replies on!

I been speaking to a couple of local guys I know who off road and I'm hoping to get out soon and discover some lanes. Also looking to attend Devil's pit next sunday for a baptism of fire.

It would be great to meet some of you guys and perhaps get out on some lanes.

Are these local people who offroad attend Devils pit???

Be wary at Devils pit full of crocks of ****, motors that look to be stolen pikeys that driven around like animals. Heve fun tho you will love it but Whaddon is by far a better bet IMO.

I'm getting really mixed feedback on these. Two said the same thing about Waddon - poorly designed, poorly maintained - holes filled with bricks which tear your tyres etc. The other two guys I've been speaking to say that Devils pit can be fun but a bit of a car killer, Waddon is too soft but good for beginners.

My Disco is lifted with 33" muds and not my prized possesion in terms of being afraid of damage. That said, I need to drive there and more importantly, drive home! All in all confused

I want to do lanes more than anything but despite there being a tonne of off road guys (judging by their vehicles) I'm struggling to find anyone to go out with.
