Relocated the control box into the engine bay. Fabricated a bracket it secure it.

Could you have 3D printed the Audi style honeycomb? You may have had to print it in 3 pieces due to it's size.

Surround was lasercut from A2 Stainless, from a drawing I had the designers at work do for me
The mesh isnt what I originally wanted but what I did want doesnt exist and was too expensive to laser cut. Audi style honeycomb.

Still got to strip the surround off and weld in the actual fixing points. Tops will be similar to standard, sides/bottom will be M8 studding welded in place.
Will be finished in CIO so matt black to make the rest of the trim.
All for a fraction of the cost of a Zunsport.
