quick question as I am new to this revolut app, having just found out about it in this forum.

when buyiing the nanocom using revolut it asks how you want to pay.

credit card
paypal
bank transfer / bank wire

which should I choose?

Ignore above , went with the Credit card option, it appears once you have placed your order their admin need to get in contact to accept payment details anyway.

Cheers

Hi all, yes, sorry. They don't have an automated process process. It's done by the admin team manually.

I have sent them a list with the details i've received so far, 7 including myself.

Ordered. 3% surcharge though? Im using debit not credit! I emailed to ask...

Once the admin team process your order, you will need to complete a 'Card Payment Form'. There is a box to tick that says 'Debit Card' or similar. Debit card payments have a fee of just 0.79euro (much better) :)

Is the revolut card credit or debit?

Quick question,
How quickly does the money you top up a revolut card with disappear from your account?
added funds yesterday and still not gone from my account.......

Cheers

would appear with Lloyds it is a whole bank day......

Just a thought chaps,if you use a credit card to buy products, you are automatically covered if anything goes awry, you are not with a debit card.

Visa have always been very good for me when issues occur and thats debit. Unlikely for anything to go wrong anyway, I dont have a credit card and dont plan to for as long as possible if ever.

Revolut - When ever I have used it, tops up instantly and deducted from the account instantly.

No doubt they have, but they do not have to help you, whereas the credit card supplier does,as they have a legal interest in any purchase you buy with it.

Just saying thats the only reason why they care in the first place! Its not asthough its a dodgy company or anything...

Indeed, using a credit card does offer more protection for the buyer (at a cost in this case). But like Bankz, I don't use a credit card myself so there isn't much choice. However, I've done my due-diligence and I'm confident that BBS are legit and that they will deliver (or I wouldn't be buying from them to start with).

I did presume that people here were big enough and ugly enough to make their own mind up on how to pay for new toys :)

Any comments from me regarding payment were made purely to maximise cost saving and bring down the price of a product that is usually out of reach for most (including myself).

Huff you got a list of whos paid?

I have a list of who has given me their details (8 people so far). Yesterday morning they contacted me to say 4 people had placed an order (you were one) and I know one other has too (sent me a screen grab). I'll email them with an update today.

...I guess that means I should order mine too :)

Edit: Ordered, so 6 placed an order that I know of.
