Go through it step by step using the How-To, and sort each part of the system in sequence.
  1. First get the compressor filling the tank properly.
    • Then you will have air to check the rest of the system.
  2. Once you have a full tank, leave a door open, and connect EAS Unlock or Nanocom.
  3. Then try inflating each corner manually. Doesn't need to be normal height, just off the bump stops.
  4. If it won't rise at all, the pull the air-bag lines from the valve block.
  5. Now manually trigger each corner using Diagnostics, and check you get a burst of air from each outlet.
    • This will show if the corner valves are operating properly
  6. By this time you might need to allow the compressor to top up the tank !!
  7. Once you have "valve controlled air" from each outlet, then re-connect the air-bag lines.
  8. Now check for leaks everywhere . . . . . .
  9. Fix any remaining leaks
  10. Manually inflate each corner a bit more, and re-check the air-bags.
Eventually you will find something wrong with either Valve Block Seals or Solenoids, Driver Pack or Connections, or leaks & more leaks !!

I only ever discovered my leaks by pulling the delay timer and leaving overnight or a few days to see which corner went down. Nothing visible with soapy water as it was under the fold.

Went to change the diaphragm and found its fine but I've lost the wee spring do'h maybe not my only problem but one I need to sort. Where can I get one?

You really don't read much do you?
From my EAS "How to" .

REPLACING DIAPHRAGM.

Remove valve block. Remove alloy block blue pipe goes into. Four Allen bolts. Don't lose spring. Flick out old diaphragm fit new. Bolt back up not forgetting spring. Refit valve block. :D:D

Thanks

It took me about a week to change all the o rings from start to finish the wife kept interrupting and that damn work takes up so much time. I had no bits left over so was happy didn't realise it was missing though.

Should have sent her to the shops. There isn't a woman i have ever met that nips to the shop and takes less than two and a half to three hours. That should have given you enough time to change the O'rings. And that includes removing the valve block and putting it back in. :D:D:D

The spring is vital. It holds the diaphragm closed until enough air pressure builds up in the tank to properly hold the diaphragm closed against higher pressure air. Without the spring you will never fill the tank from empty because everything from the compressor is being vented out of the exhaust.. ;);)

Mine has an overnight in a hotel when she goes shopping.:D:D

Dono just happy it's working I've replaced all washers in valve block and pump. Think I hadn't tightened up the bolts for diaphragm and that may not of helped.
