I can almost stop it so guess I cocked up replacing the o rings and bits.

A wee bit of air gets past but not much
I would doubt mine is kicking out that much so what have I most likely done wrong? I'm thinking I must have damaged the piston seal or not fitted something rightThe compressor in good order should produce around 175 PSI shortly after starting up if it's not doing that it is no good.

It should at least be able to inflate a latex glove in a few seconds.
