Land Raver

Reading all this with interest. I bought mine from there. Came with a years MOT. Must have been a 'mates' MOT as it should have failed on a few things. Perhaps I was a little naive with Land Rovers back then.
This is the way to go.Chances are the warranty company won't cover any claims in the first 3 or 6 months because it's the dealers responsibility which could be why they are trying to mug you off.
Tell them (in writing) they have 7 days to either sort out the problem or agree a timetable for the repairs, including a courtesy vehicle while yours is repaired or you will reject the vehicle under the Sale of Goods Act. This should concentrate their minds a bit.
Forget the warranty company, your claim is with the dealer. The warranty is more for his benefit than yours.
And why exactly? Would you care to elaborate?Avoid these people. Look into their history
