Hi All
I’m a new member and I own a 2000 1.8 Soft back Freelander
I’ve got the 3 warning lights ABS, TC and HDC! illuminated constantly.
I’ve checked the resistance of the sensors from their connectors to the sensors and they were all about 100 ohms. The breaks are also in good condition, with the fluid level OK.

Any ideas as what to do next and can I get a diagnostic tool/computer

Thanks for your time
Andy:confused:

Go into search , bin a lot written bout this , cable loose by handbrake rings a bell common gaylander fault. . . .oh un best er luck earthling :)

getting rave now,
but not doing well on the searching, too many hits and weird search results.
cheers

On my 1.8 the problem was caused by sticky throttle. Changed the throttle body had lights reset. Now all okay again

Thanks for the throttle infomation I'd of never looked at that.
p.s all my sensors are about the 1,000 ohms.
relay checked out ok but still looking!
wish me luck

Ah, "The Three Amigos"

First step is to check under the gearstick gaitor. The wire to the HDC switch may have simply come adrift.

If no luck, do a search for "three amigo" or "warning light" in the Freelander section.

Cheers
