Hi all,

My wife has a 53 plate TD5 and the ABS light has just come on in the dash, any ideas?

Turn it off, turn it on again - works every time for me!

Usually it's a wheel sensor that's faulty and that throws up the fault. No other lights on the dash by any chance?
Get it on diags and see what error code it brings up.

Hi,
that was the first thing I tried, on off but it's still on. No other lights as I can see, she told me the TC light was on but when I got in it, it was off.

Mine has done it before, like I say if it stays on, hook it up to diags and it'll tell you what's wrong with it.
Ask nicely and someone in your area might even have one you can borrow for the price of cake and a brew.

TD5 is an Engine, what is the TD5 fitted into and where are you?
