Hi i have an range Rover P38 1996 2.5 DSE. There is a clima controll there. I like to know when the clima is activatet when the light on the A/C button is on or when the light is off on that button???

The button should say ac off which means if the light is on the ac is off. I assume youre talking about the one in the top right corner

yes for the light that is in the AC button. Should stay on the light to turn off the ac

Light On = A/C is OFF
Light Off = A/C is On

Only Land Rover can have a light to tell you when something is switched off!!!

If it flashes, this means the Climate Control System can't maintain selected tempreature comfort level with the system switched off...

There is a fault get the codes read.

my air con doesnt work, i get the book symbol coming up but can stop it appearing by keeping the air con button pushed, i.e. light on, air con off. it does flash a few times when its wanting air con
