I would take the cover of just above the linkage with the 4 flat head screws. Then post a pic of the inside now you have your camera finger working. See if it is all corroded or clean and working properly.

Funny enough I had the exact same thing happen the other day, and came across this thread. I assumed it was an older thread and then just today realized we must have started our heaps on the same day and had the same problem.

I’m currently waiting to fix a glow plug issue before I try starting it again and doing some percussive maintenance on the sticky throttle.
