I'll do exactly the same. Where is your engine earth ran from and to mate? Because I'm pretty sure I haven't got a engine earth, and I'd like to fit one. I don't spose you have an pictures do you?

i can't remember. i'd have either picked a chunky ancillary/block bolt or the starter case and on the chassis side again a chunky bolt/stud or it might have been on the engine mount.

it just needs to be long enough to flex as the engine moves, but not too low it'll snag on anything. and be a decent sized bolt and cable/strap. :)

Just an update to help others if they ever have a similar problem.

I finally found the problem thanks to you guys on here.

It was down to poor earth's. I cleaned up the existing earth's, despite already doing the gearbox one. Cleaned the chassis earth until it was spotless. Added a new chassis earth as well as the original. And some time soon I'll be fitting an addition bulkhead earth.

A big thank you to all. The engine sits at 92 degrees regardless. I'm chuffed
