you could check the number if you have that written down ;)

If not someone will know based on the pistons I'd think
 
thinkin range rovers most the efi's in the uk were 9.35:1 looking at rimmers it may be low as

I am guessing marks is from a disco by his name, so need to check

Presume the one you posted may be auto as that would need a little more grunt that manual ? Didn't see that when I was looking on the numbers
 
if it is 8.13:1 he should put some better pistons in while its apart as they cant be much more than 140 bhp the same as in my 72 rrc lol
 
yeah, I am sure they only did the low comp for markets where petrol quality is crap otherwise its just robbing horsepower for no reason.
