Going to look at a 2000 X reg xedi tomorrow, 92k fsh, looks mint, they asking £3000, if it is in as good cond as they say, is it worth it?? I have read good and bad reviews, are these any good?

Seconded: Any diesel flander is worth a look but it's a buyers market. Make sure it's got the propshafts fitted if it hasn't walk away.

I have owned a 2000 xedi for over two years and it has been a great car.Iuse it every
day.Ido my own maintainence

Thanks guys, had a look, very nice but took it for a drive and it took forever to get to 70, is that right?? think i need to drive another one to compare. Still looking...

they ain't no racing car, you can't expect really quick acceleration, on the other hand try a td4 and you might be pleasantly surprised.

I have an l-series, they're not quick but they are a reliable engine.
£3000 is a bit steep. You need to budget for future problems that will arise.
