Thanks , as I say mine is the same colour , however my spotlight surrounds are faded silver and im not sure if I should paint them blue , I want to keep it as original as possible but yours look really good.
 
I think they painted them silver on later ones but not sure pf dates, i think they look better body colour tbh :)
 
Righty ho, my roof rack is now back on as is my re recon pump and my hub caps which seem to be a marmite issue :D

What vehicle are they off originally? I seem to recall the royal household land rovers sporting similar shiny covers.
 
They are actual land rover ones which appear in the parts book.

These ones came off the petrol series 3 which was replaced with the diesel i have now, we just swapped the overdrive, hubs and caps over
 
This may get criticism but ive bought a new set of tyres which come on those wolf rims for the series! Will get pics tomorrow when i fit them

They will go limestone eventually. I left them
As they are beacause i really needed the tires
 
Yeah i did. I welded it myself. Bought the replacement footwells from paddocks but didnt need all of them so just used little sections welded in
 
Read through this thread, now thinking my 90 needs a friend in the form of a series 3! :D

I do think that blue/off-white combo is the best colour scheme on a series 3 :)
