This.
Had me windows blinged, innit, ready to sell sum gear.

Well ok, I’ve had them tinted, primarily to give a bit more shade for the pooch when she is in the back, and to give a bit more privacy when I’m travelling with my guns.

Been thinking about it for a while now, and the recent hot weather pushed me. I think the black wheels and darker rear windows set it off well - I’m happy.

Was going to wash it, but with the forecast as it is, it’s not worth it ⛈️

Might give the black (grey) plastic a smarten up with some owatrol when the rain buggers off.

Nice. That's exactly how I'd have made it look.
I'm trying to convince the wife to let me turn a FL2 into an EV, but she says I've too many unfinished projects to start another.

Come on John. Commit. You have free labour on hand that'll bring the korev over and enjoy PSB whilst work is carried out...😉

Sadly I'm not allowed Korev at moment, under doctors orders. Apparently I've got to loose 15kg too, which is quite difficult when you like food. Free labour is lovely though, although I'll feel guilty.

Once I've got all the jobs around the house done, I'll have some time to get the long term Avenger project out the way, then maybe, I'll be able to do a FL2 EV conversion.

Removed both rear trailing arms & pressed out the knackered bushes today. That bit wasn't too bad. Replacement bushes are a fraction of a mm larger. Tried chamfering one end, but my press keeps pushing them to one side.

Now got them in the freezer overnight & will heat up the arm ends to put them in tomorrow. Hopefully they will go in easier after that.

Thought I'd Google this Korev and found some over here...

Drawn to the price... £1.50 a bottle! Then notice its sold out. Not surprising, probably sold out years ago at that price. But then found it again...

This time £3.50, still cheaper than I'd have thought... and once again, sold out. Interestingly those 2 show a bottle of...

Which must be an old style, cos scrolling down I did find it for sale at £4.50 (but min order 12 bottles)...

Must have had a bottle/label redesign, cos on there its looks...

I won't be spending £54 for a sample!

They are impressively tight. I bust my bushing tool and a 10 ton press finished the job !!

I now use Poly as a fit and forget.

If I recall, with the standard ones, Imput the arm on a block of wood. Centred the bush, put a large socket on the outer ring and gave it a good whack to seat it before putting in the press.

Having got the arms & new bushes on the bench I tend to agree, but as I already have the new bushes will try them frozen first !!

Korev rebranded about 5 years ago now. I must admit I preferred the original branding with the white cross, but at least the flavour didn't change.
It's available in our local M&S food court for £2.40 for the 500ml bottle.

And we moan about the diesel being £1.31 per litre good job the cars don't run on larger 😁 £4.80 per litre and I'm almost sure 500ml of larger does not last as long as 500ml of diesel
