Finally got round to fitting the x member supplied by Clive at black sheep offroad
I must say excellent service and well made not to forget damm strong.
I did it without removing the tub floor ,but its made easier on the ramp removing the tank was a pain putting it back was just as bad anyhow after many cups of tea this was the result.
First paint well not the bits that need welding.
remove orig x member
x member removed and chassis rails cleaned up, cleaned out and treated.
member in place ready for welding.
some zinc primer then some satin black paint
Finally re-assemble get the bloody tank back in with that stupid tank gaurd back on the finished of with a new set of flaps.
