I put a thin bead of black silicone in the bottom of the groove before fitting, slightly less aggressive than tiger seal but does the same job. They are supposed to be a dry fit but anything to help reduce water ingress has to be worth it!

You haven't said but I presume this is a 19J that doesn't deploy a heater plug relay ?? If not i'd fit one ... you don't need the specific LR unit, which has an inbuilt timer, just a 200A relay. Like this ...
