RRMaximus replied to the thread L322 NV225 solenoid leak.
I cannot remove the solenoid and drive to my local friendly garage motor to get a new O-ring. So I would need to get the O-ring first and then take off the solenoid and put the O-ring on it and replace it. But I cannot find any information on...

I have a 2002 4.4 Petrol L322 with front and rear diffs at the ratio 3.73, with the 5 speed ZF5HP gearbox. My front and rear diffs are badly rusted on the outside but I do not believe that they need to be changed. I plan to make a trip from...

I'd go for a dried cracked oring problem🤔 If they hadn't of replaced the oring it could have emptied itself and you'd be dealing with a dead transfer box reckon 😵

I have discovered that the previous owner of my L322 has most likely raised the height by 5cm by reprogramming the suspension offset. I can see this issue in my ride heights and in the offsets using my cheap OBD reader. My iCarSoft V2 allows me...

I've never ran LPG so I can't really comment on it. For a V8 I don't thinks it that bad on fuel , well it's better than my dads l322 4.4 petrol ,fuel gauge moves more than the bloody rev counter.

Morning Gents, Is anyone able to carry out valve block repairs for a 2000 P38 4.6 V8? My vehicle holds air at maximum height overnight when locked, but if I don’t raise it, it drops to entry height. I’ve recently replaced the air compressor and...

Hi all New to this site. Im in Cape Town South Africa. The compressor in my 2014 L494 RR Sport keeps running until it overheats, then it locks the suspension in normal ride height. I have tested all the connection and tank for air leaks and...

I have a 4.4 petrol 2002 L322. I changed the transfer case oil and found that it only had 1/3 the required amount. After that I noticed a leak that is most likely coming from the join between the solenoid and the transfer case. From images that...

Ah, no. They don’t look like they can be adjusted at all - at least, I’ve not seen anything that would suggest they can be. I ‘think’ they are heated though, but not tested that thought (or what makes me think that!!!)

Indeed. Just need to know someone who can do a decent repair job on the rear sills. The rest of the car is pretty decent corrosion-wise and I'd like to keep it going for a few more years yet.
