Is it leaning to one side??
Recently bought 1992 model Disco and I have replaced all the coilsprings and also the front shocks.I can`t work out why it still leans over on the off side (drivers side)? It is better than it was but I have measured the height of the wheel arches to the floor on a flat surface and the difference is about 3 cm.I am open to any suggestions/ideas.....

They do sit to one side, however I do belive the drivers side should be the higher side when unladen.

Thanks a lot you guys !!!!
Just when I thought there may be a simple solution????
I put the front springs in about two weeks before the rear which I ordered and then fitted later. I just can`t work it out. I know the previous owner did go off-roading, but there is no visible sign of anything bent or out of the ordinary..eg: chassis or mountings etc.. It is a five door tdi, don`t know if that will help with suggestions ??

on the series tractors wit de leaf springs both sides were rated differently.. dunno about yours though ..twas nowt but a passin thought.

the majority of disco's lean to the nearside, this is due to the amount of times they have been bumped up and down the kerb outside the school. mine does not lean as it has never been used as a school minibus. you will find its the chassis that is twisted and the only way to straighten it is to put a longer spring on the low side ;)

nah! mate they all lean to the nearside as thats where the fat drivers keeps his stash of sweeties and mars bars

STOP PICKING ON FAT PEOPLE !!!!!!
