yet another newbie!

Hi all, Bigred here, I'm a proud new owner of a 1996 red defender 90. I'm currently putting my own stamp on it so to speak. Where exactly should I put the rear work light? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I intend to post a photo of the mean machine soon!!!

hi bigred, welcome to crazy zone! most of the guys put the work lights above the back door if that any help.

Hey up big red. I reckon the light should be on the back somewhere. How does your 90 cope with hills?

Yeah, thanks for making me so welcome,I think I'm goin to enjoy this. Guys, I know it goes on the back, I wanted to know exactly where!!! Also if someone out there knows how to fit one, I'm all ears.

Red Land Rovers seem to be very popular at the moment

Where on the back? - Anywhere ya like really. How to fix 'em sorta depends on the fittings that come with the light. I've seen quite a few with lights fixed to the roof rack: it's not quite so stressful as drilling a hole in yer beloved Rover

Thanks gareth, I fitted the light tonight. Yes I am a bit stressed out, why, cause I had to drill not one but five holes in my beloved landy. Four for the four bolts and one to thread the wires through. You see, I tried it on the roof rack, but it just didn't look right. I'll try to include a few pics later, as I said before, I currently have no usb lead for my new cam.
