I had one on my SE. They come in 2 colours, black ABS, or grey painted ABS. They're actually pretty strong, much stronger than the bumper behind them.
I used mine as a shroud for my LED light bar.
I got mine for £72 on a weekend offer deal at Rimmer's, but they are normally over twice that much.
Here's the grey one.
I'm currently keeping an eye out for another, but for my FL2 this time, as I like the look of them myself, and the small amount of added protection on a vulnerable part of the bumper. Unfortunately the FL2 one is over £300, so I'm waiting for another bargain on that too.

Yes. You drill holes in the bumper (quite large holes actually) and they screw into threaded inserts fitted in the holes.

Wow, that's got expensive.
I paid £70 for mine, when Rimmer's were having a clear out, I should have bought more.
I want one for the FL2 now, but they're silly money too, although cheaper than the FL1 version.
