Grumpy old man mode (I know - nuffink new)

If I have seen 1 - i have seen 6 "WOT TYRES" freds today. Why dont you ask yo local tyre place - the maximum tyre size is a function of ya wheel size - 5.5J-6J etc. Lots of Tyre companies have 4x4 sections and can give that advice alot easier than we can - we all got preferences, but that dont mean we heard of the latest "multicoloured bi-rotational floating whizz bang" from Goodyear that they are trying to promote.

and anuffer fing - DO A SEARCH BEFORE ASKING - this q is asked on an almost daily basis.

rite nursey - time fur injection:(

Why dont you ask yo local tyre place -
Cause a lot of the High street tyre places know F*** all.
Thay ask you what sizes you want and i tell them 7.5 x 16 ,then they look at you like your simple for a min and ask for the rest of the numbers.
When you get through to them there are no more numbers they tell you that theses tyres are no longer made.
Crap crap and more crap.
Goodyear 7.5 16 wranglers still made and cheep.

Sorry Daff for the rant can you send nursey up to me next.:(

on her way to ya, Clivees.
I werent talkin about Quick-Fit n stuff - but there are lots of good tyre places which know their stuff. We have Micheldever Tyres local and they have a specialist 4x4 section - even got a book on wheels and tyres and compatibility - and I know of a few gooduns scattered around - and yup - i know of a few that say "760*16 - dont make tyres that wide mate!"

my point was more about peeps askin q's that have been asked repetitively, ad-nausiam, and tyres is a point in question.
