Wiring a late Td5 rear door wiper motor and heated screen into an early Td5

Afternoon all,

I’m after a wiring diagram to be able to wire up the rear wiper and heated screen on a later Td5 rear door to an early Td5 or if anyone has done this before and can shed some light.
