winch

hi guys and girls hoping for a bit of advice, iv been looking at this winch CHAMPION C12000CTA 12000LB ELECTRIC WINCH. i can buy it new for a little over £200, which seems a good price to me. now i know the famous saying "buy cheap buy twice" but the best price iv had elsewhere is £350. the person selling this has said it comes with 12months warrenty and that there at that price as there now old stock, as warrior have took over the champion brand. so the help i need is..... is it a good winch? im new to drivin a 4x4 off road but have been going on and off for yeasr, id like to say as im new to the actuall driving the winch wont get used much but it will probably mean it get used more lol. thansk for replys in advance

if its all as you say, then for alittle over £200 get it bought. what company is selling it ?

a winch is better than no winch..just dont expect it to pull down mountains

Iv got one f them, as WLM said, don't expect it to be the best ther is for that price

But it's got me out of plenty of sticky situations

I have one of them too. It dose the job very well better now it has a plasma rope.
