Ok I have to ask: HOW MUCH of the standard bumper do you want to keep? As I'm sure you know, the bumper consists of a number of parts: the main metal part in the middle, the end corner pieces, the spoiler lip and the number plate plinth. The sides and spoiler are a serious restriction on approach angle, and will probably be ripped off on your first green lane trip. I have no idea why LR installed such a low spoiler in the first place, probably to appeal to the school run/lifestyle market but its definitely one of the first things (along with decent tyres) for proper off roading.
So, after a bit of common sense, you'll realise you need to modify this in some way or another. AND buy a suitably strong tray which will bolt to the chassis, to mount the winch on. AND the bumper will need additional mods to allow the winch fairlead to be fitted.
Hence......99% of people throw away the standard one and fit a winch bumper, which addresses the above problems in one nice (and not too expensive...) solution.
There's plenty of variety, you can buy a subtle, nice looking, but heavy duty winch bumper for a Disco 1. Its only the most popular car modified for off roading, after all.
