Winch query 2005 110 defender

Im looking at taking of and selling the winch on my defender 110 05 year

Its the from the gearbox 5 speed pto version

Query 1 is it easy to remove ?

Query 2 What happens with the small prop shaft that drives it ?

Query 3 Re sale popularity or is it chuck it in the back of the shed item when removed ?

Is it a special gear box that has an extra drive point for the winch or are all gear boxs the same on the defenders ?

No one knows about these winches

Il just take it of and see how it goes then

Winch il just weigh in at scrappy as its bloody heavy

If it's a pto version get it on ebay as I seem to remember they go for some serious wedge, never removed one so can't advise on that soz

I did have a look on fleabay but theres so many all pretty much electric aswell

So was unsure
