Winch bumper from a 300 to td5?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section. As above been offerd a winch bumper from a 300 and I have a td5. Would this bolt on or will the brackets be totally out? Rather find out before I buy. Cheers

I've seen td5 bumpers on a 300tdi , so there must be a way.
