Will a defender 1.6 ratio fit my discovery 1

Good evening, I'm in the process of putting 37 inch wheels on my discovery 1 es automatic v8i 1998 and I need either the 1.4 or 1.6 ratio transfer box. Will the 1985 110 with na engine on a defender defender 1.6 off a military vehicle fit. He swapped this out to put a discovery 1.2 in instead.

Pretty certain any lt230 will fit in place of any other lt230
Go to the ashcrofts website and use their gear ratio calculator to work out what you need
