Wide short radiator - which part is it?

Hey all,

Maybe a stupid question, but I can't find anything on the net... In my cooling/heating system - there's your normal radiator, oil cooler, intercooler, airco condensor, trans cooler and then there's this wide, short (about 7-8cm high) radiator with 2 hoses attached to it on the side - what is it? Mine is in pretty battered condition, but has no earmarkings, so I'm puzzled as to what it does and which part number that is..

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Gearbox oil cooler by the sound of it if the car is a P38.

It’s an L322, sorry, forgot to mention. But now that I actually saw it again, opened my eyes and saw that it’s connected to power steering pump and fluid - I do feel it’s a stupid question .)
