Whistle noise from tail pipe

Hi all - I have a 110 TD5. It has started to develop a whistle from the tail pipe. No loss of power, no bad noise from the manifold or any soot, all the bolts are good. Any ideas or next steps to diagnose the issue?

Check under the car for whistle taped/zip-tied to vehicle.

Could be a happy vehicle and whistling a sign of contention

Could be as simple as silencer falling apart inside.
Slightly out of balance turbos can whistle, when was air filter last checked?
