Which dipstick part #?

Hi all!

First post, I have a defender 90 disco 200tdi conversion. Just ordered a dipstick replacement for and it does not seem to fit at all. The old one broke but had a green top with finger hole. The one I bought is part #ETC7867 after describing it is a discovery 200tdi it was identified by the sales person as the correct one, doesn’t even extend through the entire dipstick tube...any help is greatly appreciated. Engine first three are “12L.” Lots of talk for dipstick lengths on the site but little specific info regarding part numbers.

Think disco and rr tdi had same tubes/sticks
Def stick much shorter than disco stick

yes youve got a short defender stick but have the disco/rrc tdi that needs a long stick err1103
