Where to buy a new 4X4??

I've been 4X4 shopping, and right now the Jeep Liberty is my leading
contender. But, any advice on where to buy one? I have heard that you
can buy cars online at far less than a dealer, but so far I've only
found two places; carsdirect.com and autobytel.com. Neither seem to be
the direct wholesale prices I was looking for (Autobytel seems to be
more expensive than the Costco $200-over-invoice deal).

So, anyone have any tips for buying a new Jeep at minimum price? I'm
not financing or doing a trade-in so I have some flexibility.
