Where get aftermarket accessories for Subaru Outback? Performance enhancement?

Hi all,

I'm purchasing a 2001 Subaru Outback LL Bean and am wondering where is
the best place to get aftermarket accessories. For example, one of
those grates that separates the cargo area from the passenger....

Also, while mine comes with the 3.0 6 cyl engine, I'm wondering if
there is anything I can do to enhance performance. Does anyone out
there have ideas?

That flat four is one opf the best designed engines around. It is
capable of more power per cube than just about any ther design. To get
more power, you should do the standard hot rod tricks that work well on
any engine. Free flowing intake, better exhaust, and a little more
ignition timing. You may consider having a custom computer done. We
have a shop in this area that can do that for any car (so he says).
If that still isn't enough, consider a turbocharger. That's about
the most bang for the buck you can get. That's why the 2.0L WRX runs
rings around your 3.0L.
