Where can I get good Service

Hi,
I've had a disco 4 for over 12 months now, the cars great but the dealer where I purchased it (Leeds) is useless...I've called twice now to book a service only to be told "Tracy" will ring you back and never does....

As I am due to replace my wifes car this year (with a LR). I'm not going back to Leeds so am considering Bury or Manchester....before I commit I thought if any of you guys have any experience of the dealers, good or bad so I can decide where to go (and book my service )

Don't mess about with main dealers they're stupidly expencive, a good independent will be alot cheaper and more willing to help

I have thought of that but don't won't to invalidate the warranty as it's only 14 month old

It doesn't so long as you use genuine parts.

Don't worry about warranty as long as genuine parts are used it doesn't matter who does the service. It's a lie they tell you to keep your service. We've always done our services and never had a problem with warranty
