My 110 has been rebuilt with various body panels from various years. My problem is as is rains here a bit;),i need to sort out the gap at the top of the doors. The curve along the door suggests that either the tub needs dropping or the front end needs lifting. the gap at the top of the doors is a wedge shape from the hinge jamb to the tub. I want to know where all the fixings are for the front/ tub and how difficult a job it is? Hopefully the days of a wet arse will soon be over.

tub is not so easy to move ,is there not enough in hinges ,normally bulkhead is moved to attain good gap if not enough in hinges

Raining in is just part of land rover ownership!

Put some pics on as there will be plenty of peeps interested in this one.

Only went to make a coffee and you answered already! Cheers James. Im thinking that i need to raise the middle of the body upwards and leave the front and back where they are. I this possible?
body mount have some movement but you cant lift body without roof which is fastened to windscreen, bulkhead can have washers put in/out between out rigger and it, normally id loosen wings front and back and roof

I am so interested in this as well, as I have been on all search engines possible to find a decent how to, or write up about adjusting the bulkhead to achieve the correct door fitting!
I too have a dodgy drivers door fit, all the others are ok!? Piccy attached ImageUploadedByTapatalk1326233758.933980.jpg

hinges good and no play in them ,its not too difficult but you need to remove plastic wheel arch liners (buy new plastic rivets first )to get at wing bolts and you can slot 12mm washers to act as spacers if needed so you dont have to remove bulk head bolt

Hey Saxman, yours seems worse than mine because the curve in the front wing, door and back door all line up. Ive know idea how to post a photo but i can explain pretty good.In my case, the curve in the door lines up with the front wing but is about 1/2 " lower than the rear tub.The gap at the top of the door is at its widest on the handle side. If all that connects the roof and rear of the truck to the front half of the truck is the joint between the screen and the roof, i thought that by raising the middle section of the truck, ie both the door piller and the striking piller, it would hinge somewhat at the joint of the screen/roof.( i will loosen these bolts slightly) As the hinges are a fixed point, the gap at the top on the hinge side will remain the same but the handle side of the door will raise up narrowing the gap.

James, I think I understand you, however to move the bottom of the bulkhead backwards, hence lifting the door up at the bottom, do I need to undo loosen off any other bolts? Exactly how many bolts hold on the bulkhead on either side? Do I need to loosen the roof to the windscreen? Btw all hinges are ok..thanks
