Wheel spacers for mot?

Hi, I've got a series 3 with 35mm spacers fitted, wondering if this is ok for the mot as I've not got wheel arches fitted. Thanks
 
I think the wheels can stick out 25mm from the wing (while pointed straight) also have you got big enough wheels to really need them?
