wheel nuts

Just replaced back axle on my series 2a for a late ex mod sailsbury axle. Everything great except the wheel studs are a larger thread. I ordered nuts from paddock but they were wrong as well. Anybody know the part no of the ones I need please.

How late an axle ? Series 3 jobbies went to M16. Maybe find an M16 x 2 pitch nut to try or caliper/micrometer and thread gauges if you have them.

so would they be the same as early 110 nuts. I can find the part no for them ok.

Weren't there only 2 nut types?
One with a flute both ends and smaller thread and the other a larger thread nut with a flute on just 1 end.
The larger nuts will fit everything up to the defender.
I used defender wheel nuts on my 1973 series 3.

That was my understanding, although mine has flat ended smaller nuts.... The only threads I'm aware of are 9/16 BSF and M16.
