A pal of mine has recently asked me to have a look at his sadly deceased father-in-law's Disco. We originally planned to pull it out of the barn (hence me getting involved) he used to store her, but managed to drop a battery on and she fired up a treat..
He's in 2 minds whether to keep it or not - there's some sentimental value there, and once he cleaned it up she's turned out quite presentable. His FIL was a truck mechanic, and he's obviously been working on it as sections of sill are cut out and red oxide up. Matey is a good practical chap, but welding etc would end up being subbed out anyone know any landy friendly welders who might take on this in midlands?
Any ideas on likely value once repaired? Anyone here interested in a project?
