hey
i have an device on my p38 2,5 dse an it makes a annoying sound when the engin is runing
the souns is (klick, klick, klick)
her is son photos of it .
Think wires going in back but electric fuel pump it is and a very good one at that,there is no electric to the device the to wires you can se is not for it

It's a daphragm pump. They're supposed to make that noise. It's when they don't you start worrying. As Datatek says, it's probably been installed to overcome a knackered pump in the tank. Only cure is to renew the intank pump and then you can do away with this one.

so du i haveto bt a hole new unit to the tank ore can i just change the pump??
